Overall satisfied with its strong suction. However, comparing the sizes of the machine, the suction inlet is a bit too small which can be difficult to ensure clearing on all corner of the mattress.

The suction/ vacuum stopped working after 5 minutes. I tried to open a dispute but seller wants to refund me after returning the package which will cost me 46€. I denied and couldn’t find a way in between. Aliexpress looked in this case but stood on seller’s side and telling me that I couldn’t prove in video that the sofa was clean or not clean? While in video you can clearly hear the vacuum function does not work. Disappointed in the product but even more disappointed that no proper solution was given to a platinum member by both parties. Do NOT buy this product from this seller.

I expected much more from this vacuum cleaner. Weak European plug (I had to use another one). It sucks deep dirt but gets too hot too fast. Vacuuming lasts a minute or two and it stops without running 10-15 minutes. To vacuum the sofa or mattress I had to do it in 5 or 6 times. Better to invest what it costs in a better quality one.

пока ставлю 5, потом посмотрим. пылесос объемный, ощутимый по весу (1,7 кг). всасывает хорошо, но мимо цветочная земля с пуфа попала на корпус, в отсек, куда вставляется контейнер, но не в сам контейнер. там только кошачья шерсть обнаружена. вибро с пупырками работает хорошо, подогрев ощущается, уф не видно, так как включается при контакте с поверхностью. пы.сы. при первом включении вонь страшная, нужно открывать окно. надеюсь, после прогрева это пройдет. иначе жесть.

The store site did not mention that the vacuum cleaner has a Chinese plug. You are given a Chinese plug, and a 2-pin converter (with no fuse) to go along with it. A UK plug should have 3 pins,as well as a fuse inside. I was given a 2-pin UK plug converter. There is no fuse inside the converter, so this is very dangerous. I have spoken to the seller about this, but they claim that there is no problem with this. But I doubt it. I had to use a chopstick to be able to insert the converter in properly, otherwise it would not go in. Also the vacuum cleaner is VERY noisy.
